Since joining Jonas in November 2014, Jo has been able to grow her career and has been promoted from HR Advisor to Senior HR Advisor to her current role now. She normally leads on the acquisition integrations, supporting our newly acquired colleagues with the transition to Jonas. Jo also provides advice, guidance and support to our employees and managers on a wide variety of employment matters, and enjoy being able to make a positive difference for our employees and managers.

Additionally, Erin collaborates with the Finance team to uphold banking and credit card processes. As a primary contact for People & Culture queries, her goal is to prioritise the individual needs of colleagues and promote a healthy work environment!

Our employees’ wellbeing matters. That’s why we’ve invested in specialist mental health training for a large number of staff, and continue to do so.

Across our teams and companies, there will always be someone available to offer immediate, confidential and practical support, any time. We’ll be there when you need us.
