Your employees’ wellbeing is our number one priority

Employees will naturally be concerned about the impact of becoming part of another business. The good news: their futures are secure and we’ll provide both personal and professional support in whatever direction they want to take next.

Providing everything for people to reach their full potential

Put simply: you and the people around you are at the heart of our business. Your employees could happily stay and shine in the current company and role. Or they could progress upwards. Or even pursue ambitions in other companies across the group.

The Jonas Group is all about the opportunities acquisition can bring. Whatever your employees’ ambitions, we can plan their learning and development to enable them to achieve their goals.

Your company is already great – why change it?

You and your team have created a brand people love – and we want that to last. Jonas takes a collaborative approach by respecting your heritage, your ideas, your colleagues and your customers. It’s not part of our approach to change the way your brand looks or force you to adopt our branding over everything you’ve created, which could risk confusing your customers

We don’t want to change what’s already brilliant – that’s why we invested in you. You’ll retain your identity and autonomy. You carry on doing you.

“I feel blessed to work for a company who invests in their staff, not only our development skills but our wellbeing too. I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends to be a part of our team at Jonas.”

Recognising everyone’s achievements, every year

Recognising and rewarding positive, productive work is a key part of our culture. That’s why, every year, the group comes together at the Jonas Annual Business Awards to celebrate what everyone’s achieved, and the way they’ve done it.

We honour our most valuable players – the people’s champions as voted for by the people themselves – who consistently deliver for each other as well as the business and we make sure to do it in style! This is just one of the ways we give back for going the extra mile.

Giving the best to our teams

Practical, meaningful support from Mental Health First Aiders

Our employees’ wellbeing matters. That’s why we’ve invested in specialist mental health training for a large number of staff, and continue to do so.

Across our teams and companies, there will always be someone available to offer immediate, confidential and practical support, any time. We’ll be there when you need us.

We’re all in this together

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a free confidential service offered to all employees. Covering a range of support services including counselling, this allows team members to receive extended assistance focused on specific issues so they can reach their full potential.

Global backing = a wealth of employee opportunities

Brilliant minds are even better when working together. When you’re part of a network of experienced industry specialists spanning multiple teams, verticals and countries, chances are, the solution to whatever challenges you’re facing are just a conversation away.

As well as invaluable insights and best practices from the Jonas Playbook, all employees gain from becoming part of a close group of ambitious teams, working together to optimise our offering and maximise our impact, across the vast array of sectors we serve.
